Getting started with GrantMaker is very easy. You can be ready to use your new grant database in as little as 24 hours. Once you have decided that our product is a great fit for your organization all you have to do is register, apply simple customization settings (with our guidance), create online application forms (with our guidance), and assign administrative accounts to your evaluators and staff.

	Submit your order
	When you are ready to order, we will provide you with the proper paperwork to generate a work order for your new system.
	Customize
	Design: You can customize the header of your new evaluator extranet with your logo, images, text and hyperlinks to reflect your organization's brand. You may also define a primary color to be used for content boxes and hyperlinks. Additionally, you can create the rating categories your organization would like to use to rate individual applications. Custom Fields: You may create any number of fields to be associated with your applications. You may define field names, help text, grouping, ordering, styles, choices, and where the field should appear. Evaluator Views: We will assist you to implement preferences for evaluator views on fields, comments, and ratings. Administrative Roles: Define custom roles to accommodate your administrative user types. Rating Criteria and Scoring: You may define the rating criteria by which you will evaluate applications. This includes rating styles, numeric values, and weighting to determine number scores based on the average ratings by your evaluators for applications. Application Intake Forms: Use GrantMaker's form generation utility to create online forms for electronic application submissions. You may also input applications into the database administratively. You may also assign applications to evaluators to make them immediately available for review.
	Assign access
	Set a username, password and role (evaluator or administrator) for each user in your organization. The system also provides a mechanism to send users their credentials via email.
